I am a Real Estate Agent in Brockport NY. I serve the Western side of Rochester so Hamlin, Spencerport, Kendall,Greece, Holley. I have a lovely wife and 3 teenage children. Experience: I bought my first duplex in 2004. I went and got my real estate license in 2015 and decided to start buying and selling for others. Real Estate Goals: My RE goals for this year are to get my Brokers license in Q1, Recruit 4 more agents, sell 22 houses, pick up 2 flips and buy a rental unit. Currently Seeking: Sellers: Retail or Wholesale. I will get the ones listed that will do better shown to the world. If it needs to go quick I know the people that will beat up on price but make it sold. Either way I am working for my seller. I want to find your goals and position your assets in the best way to accomplish them. Buyers: Let me know what you want and if it's in my area I will locate it. I work with a group that know more about whats coming up than you can imagine. My area is a little slow on the "interwebs" and all that "Technobabble" but we have the inside track on what's getting close to market. Most of what we sell never touches the MLS.
