I am a new real estate investor, primarily targeting the vacation rental market. I built my first beach house in Bethany Beach last year and I am gearing up for the 2020 summer season! Anything beach related, I'm into! Surfing, skim boarding, wake boarding, or just taking the truck onto the beach for some fishing, I love it! I also love the beach culture, it is laid back and casual, but when you live in a resort area, you get to know local shop/restaurant/business owners that are some of the hardest working people out there. I'm excited to jump into this new industry of real estate investing and hope to one day have financial freedom and live off of my real estate investments. I'm so excited to be a part of the BP Nation!
