I’m a new investor in Southern California. I’m a construction inspector (special or deputy inspector) and specialize in soils, concrete, masonry and general public works construction. I’m looking to build an investment portfolio to become financially free and show my children an example of how to do it. I have contacts in real estate and construction and would like to focus on fix and flip mixed with BRRRR and STR. My main goal rite now is to meet and network with as many people in the industry as possible to gain as much knowledge as possible and offer value with my expertise in building. I have relatively substantial capitol available by way of property equity and QRP and would be very interested in partnering with more experienced investors.
