I am new to real estate and trying to build my experience and knowledge as quickly as possible. I began looking into real estate when I was in my junior year of college which was in 2016-2017. I had been in finish carpentry for about 6 years at this point through my father and I had an idea of not wanting to be the one banging the nails for the rest of my life. After vast amounts of research and finding 2 partners that wanted to get into it with me, I launched my company January of 2019. In 6 months we have connected and worked with 4 clients and collected 6 units through mostly word of mouth. As we continue to grow we hope to speed that up through marketing opportunities and further networking. I try to build relationships closely with my clients because I strongly believe in relationship business. Meaning that I would rather have a close relationship with my clients and serve them as close to a friend as I can be. I do not claim to know everything and I always welcome new knowledge and opportunities to learn.
