Approaching real estate with a hybrid mindset allowing me to be 100% invested in real estate activities 24/7 outside of my personal life i.e. family time. I a licensed contractor in Michigan, and as such I have a focus in helping homeowners and investors, as well as completing my own projects. Though I built my first home at the age of 16, and grew up as the son of full-time builder/developer, I instead initially used my University of Michigan degree to pursue a few various sales roles spanning from mortgage origination to software technology. In return, the sales experience has allowed me to truly understand what it means to have a client-first mentality and the tremendous importance of honesty, integrity and impeccable communcation when partaking in a partner-investor and/or contractor-client relationship. Currently today I mange my own construction company, T and T Premier Building and Design, that focuses on all facets of residential work to light commercial. This means full service delivery of new builds, additions, remodeling/renovations, restorations/insurance claims and repairs.
