I purchased my first South Denver home in 2000, and turned it into my first investment property in 2004. I could not find a full service residential real estate and property management company in South Denver that I trusted. Companies were either too large, didn’t handle both sales and property management, were staffed with people that didn’t own rental property let alone their own home, or simply never called me back! That’s when I decided to become a Realtor in 2005 so I could help others buy, lease, manage, and sell their South Denver properties primarily in Centennial, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, and South Aurora. I have been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 2005, the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) for 6+ years and am recognized as a leader in the property management industry. I have served in various leadership positions for the Denver Chapter of NARPM® during my membership. I have received the prestigious RMP® (Residential Management Professional) and MPM® (Master Property Manager) designations from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. The MPM® professional designation is awarded to property managers who have completed the highest levels of achievement in the field of residential property management, including advanced course requirements, a proven track record of managing over 500 properties, and service to the NARPM through various leadership positions. A detailed examination of the applicant, as well as letters of recommendation from clients and industry colleagues, is required to complete the certification requirements. The MPM® designation is only held by five (5) property managers in the Denver Metro area.
