Mike Hoherchak

I'm a former Army Combat Veteran from eastern PA. After leaving the military, I went back to school for a degree in marketing where I also got my start in the sales industry. I ended up opening a franchise with one of the companies to recruit, train and coach other sales reps which really helped me "round out the corners" of what I learned of leadership in the military. It was one of the best learning experiences I've had in my life and had a big impact on me to be able to teach young adults real leadership and communication skills. One of the biggest reasons I left the military was to start a real estate investing company. It's taken a long time to break free of analysis paralysis and I'm looking to get my first investment property this year. My ultimate goal is to have 500+ units in an investment company whose mission is to help support non-profits.
