I am married with 3 kids. My goals range from helping home owners out of sticky situations to providing great deals for investors! Experience: I have had one SF rental and i am looking for distressed homes and small multifamily (up to 50 units) in SW Washington. Real Estate Goals: Provide investors with great deal in any market, and provide my experiences to those who want to learn.
