I have been involved in real estate investing for almost 25 years in nearly a dozen states in the U.S. I have done deals of almost every kind. Flips, Fixers, Flixers, developments, entitlement, subdivisions, condo conversions and more. I specialize in "Highest and Best Use" and know that when we change the use a property has, we immediately change the value. I love doing deals that others don't see.....and they are everywhere. I have partnered with many investors that have sought me out to learn my strategies. I am currently the President of Mike Watson Investing. We love to teach investors about our "Highest and Best Use" strategies. We profit from "use change" in real estate far more than we ever did with flips and carpet and paint rehabs. I have lectured in front of tens of thousands of investors in hundreds of seminars across the country. On a personal level, I love the outdoors, fishing, camping and the moutains. My family and faith come first in all that I do as well. My kids are almost getting old enough to start investing with me too, which is very exciting to me.
