About myself
Hi my name is Mike Jackson, I live in Manteno Illinois. I have been buying and selling rural wooded properties for over 25 years in southern Illinois for hunting and recreational purposes. None of these properties ever produced income but did gain equity, so now I have decided to partner with my best friend Kevin Foster who owns Foster Painting and invest in rental properties in Kankakee County, we buy, hold, and manage for retirement income. Our Company Name is JFI Properties LLC.
