I'm an electrician by night and buy and hold investor by day. I'm trying to get to a point where I can spend more time with my family and cutting loose the the 9-5, a it's more like the 9pm - 7am, graveyard shift. Experience: Bought, fixed up, and sold homes. Currently I am a multifam. buy and hold investor. Real Estate Goals: I want to have a monthly stream of income from rental propeties. Do occasional flips when I find good deals . I also want to use my properties as a way to help fix up or improve the community. Currently Seeking: Always looking for more knowledge about the REI process. Also always looking for lenders, wholesalers, friends... I need deals!!! I have the means just not the deals
