Long story.. short version.. I grew up on the south side of Chicago ( Back of the Yards ) Graduated from an engineering college, worked as an engineer.. hated it.. bought my first house and remodeled it.... I was hooked.. got married bought a few more houses.... got divorced... sold all rentals... got a job in the building industry (15 years).. loved it... I was layed off in 2008... worked as a contractor for a few years and right now I work full time in maintenance. What I bring to the table is construction knowledge and the grit to get the job done. I am a mix of old school work habit and new school savvi. I like to get the job the right way.
