Mike Mosee

Grew up in Portland, Oregon My family had an appliance store before I was born. I worked in the family business & then assumed the mantle in 1972. The family already had both commercial/retail rentals & single family rentals so much of what I learned was through osmosis. Closed the appliance business in 1999 & rented out all the buildings. In 2014 did a 1031 to all residential properties in Memphis, Tennessee. Retired & moved to Eagle Point, Oregon 6/19
