I never know what to write about myself, but here goes. Originally from Hawaii, I grew up a mechanic, I am very handy and have done most to all of my own rehabs and remodels. I'm a Veteran and I have a lot of interest in real estate and used to work in the industry full time in the past as an agent, title and escrow and loan officer. I currently have my Real Estate Salesperson License here in CA but am not an active agent. I am very interested in investing in real estate and have a property that does quite well but like everyone else, I want more to build my portfolio. As everyone knows and speaks to, CA is pretty tough unless you have a lot of capital, which sadly I don't....yet.... due to a divorce and trying to survive and rebuild, so right now my goal is to talk with people and get some information and insight into out of state investing. I have a partnered business in the automotive world mainly dealing with VWs and Audis, I also have a business creating designs and making various apparel items like shirts, sweaters, hoodies, totes etc. I also do a little bit of programming and have built tools and things of that nature using MS Access.
