I have been a real estate investor for a total of 15 years, 17 years if you count the 2 years I started out as a mortgage broker. I currently buy, sell, hold, rent, and bank land in potential exploding areas. I live in Memphis, TN and specialize in Hud, burnouts, abandoned, and lower to middle end homes. I have a ton of knowledge but always seek to gain more.
