I invest in very inexpensive houses and do some renovation to them. I usually seller finance the properties. I'm particularly interested in learning about buying/selling/brokering notes Experience: I have bought, remodeled, flipped, financed and sold. I have originated several notes. Real Estate Goals: Everyday I seek to find properties that are dirt cheap. I then remodel to bring them slightly above the neighborhood standard and sell them.
