Started off as an out-of-state investor living in San Francisco, CA. Purchased my first investment property (single family home) in May of 2021 and have continued to buy over the years. After buying my first 4 investment properties, I decided to relocate to the Columbus area in 2022 and have been entrenched in the market and industry ever since.
