In 2014 I bought a cabin in Big Bear, it did so well I bought another one. Word got out I was getting more nights rented a year than the big management companies and now I co-host on AirBnB/ manage a total of 15 cabins in Big Bear. Also looking to expand out to Palm Springs area and Josuha Tree. I say co-host as I am very different from a forward facing management company.
