Mike Swenson

Grew up in a small town in southern Minnesota. Earned degrees in Entrepreneurship and Financial Management. After working in operations for a non-profit for 10 years, I transitioned to working on the operations side of a real estate team. As COO, we helped grow the team to 5 states closing a total of 619 transactions - named the 31st largest team in the United States (including all brokerages) in 2019. I then launched Elite Advantage Team, an investor-focused real estate team serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul and surrounding area as well as the Fort Myers/Cape Coral/Naples area of Florida. We also launched Elite Advantage Properties to help investors partner on larger deals and syndications. We currently have 25 units.
