My wife and I are 51 with good jobs and retirement, excellent credit, access to some cash and with the help of family members we currently have 2 small single family investment properties with positive cash flow. We know the basics but are now ready to take our education about RE to the next level and how to do it as true investors. Ready to learn how to find those good deals, find those RE investment clubs, creative financing, etc.
