Michael Silver

I am originally from LA, but have also lived in Boston and Baltimore over the years. I moved out to Colorado for a job in virtual surgical planning and 3D-printed surgical models and guides. My professional background is mainly in medical illustration/animation and prototyping, but I have been shifting my focus to real estate investing with the goal of generating passive income outside of my W-2 job. My brother and I purchased a small single family home in LA several years ago as a primary residence which we then rented out for several years once we moved out. We recently sold it and I am currently looking for a small multifamily property to house hack. Over the next 5 years I am planning to acquire several more. I am here mainly to connect with and learn from the knowledge and experience of other investors, agents, mortgage brokers, accountants, attorneys.
