My latest acquisitions have been Multifamily apartment buildings in Willoughby Ohio, 9 unit and a 27 unit in Painesville, Ohio. Also, a 57 unit in Mentor, Ohio 2019 7 other Apartment complexes (106 units) Painesville, Ohio, and Akron, Ohio (24 Unit). Currently I am a principal owner in over 200 front doors and counting. Experience: I currently own a 6 unit, a 8 unit, a 12 unit, a 15 unit, a 20 unit, a 21 unit and a 24 unit and and a 27 apartment complex all in Painesville, Ohio. Another 9 unit in Willoughby Ohio. Also, a 24 unit in Akron, Ohio. In August of 2019 I purchased my best value deal yet, a 57 unit in a solid B class neighborhood in Mentor, Ohio for $2,000,000. They all cash flow at approximately $200,000 per year. That is primarily tax deferred. They have approximately $4,000,000 in equity as of September of 2019. I also own my personal residence with approximately $300,000 in equity as of January of 2020 and my partner has $600,000 equity in her personal residence. The total worth of all real estate owned is approximately $20,000,000 after only 13 years of investing in our first little rental condo property May of 2011. Real Estate Goals: By NO later than September of 2025, cash flow will rise from $200,000 per year to minimum of $250,000.00 per year. By 2030 we will have at least $450,000.00 cash flow per year. By 2035, we will have at least $700,000.00 cash flow per year. At that time total equity or net worth will have risen to a minimum of $12,000,000,00 and total value of all Real Estate will have risen to a minimum of $36,000,000.00. By 2040 we will have $900,000.00 in cash flow per year. At that time total net worth or equity will be $15,000,000.00 and total value of all real estate will be $50,000,000.00. Currently Seeking: Multifamily B or C class 15 units or more in Northeast Ohio, Michigan, Arizona.
