I moved to Georgia from Arizona in 2018. I still work a 9-5 in federal law enforcement. I have owned and self-managed two long-term rentals in GA since 2020 and a short-term rental in FL since May of 2021. After being mildly interested in the realm of real estate investing for the past 15 or so years, with no action, I have decided to finally pull the trigger and start making things happen. I've been listening to the BP podcast since 2015 and have read at least a dozen books relating to real estate, business, and leadership. I'm here to give and gain as much knowledge and support as possible.
