Born and raised in San Diego. Degree in electrical engineering, but now a full time technical sales guy, and dabble in real estate. I have 2 beautiful children and a lovely wife! I've wanted to invest more in real estate earlier, but my 2 children took up a lot of my time. They are now a little older (2 yo and 6 mos currently), so time is more open Looking to invest in some commercial multi-family properties to increase cash flow. I've had a CA real estate licence since 2005, selling residential real estate on the side.
