Mike Morrison

Got my start in Real Estate thru the RTC in 1989. I was responsible for disposing of developed lots, single family developments and commercial properties, working with investors across the country. I naturally gravitated to conducting Broker Price Opinions (broker appraisals for investors) and the sale of REO. I operated as a field representative for several mortgage servicers and banks through my association with Nicola Real Estate in Houston. I have prior construction experience, which aided estimates of property needs and adds to my considerable experience and expertise. I also hold a Certified Negotiation Expert certification recognized by the Houston Association of Realtors.
