My name is Mike and I'm 38 years old. I'm a union sheet metal worker in NYC. I'm married with 5 children . My family relocated to CT from LI New York about 5 years ago. After a second brain tumer and surgey I decided I needed to leave my children and wife with somthing more if i was every to leave this world early. I dove into every book every podcast stopped wathing tv . I've devoted every free second for the past 5 years into real estate investing. I've now completed over 20 deals. Moslty BRRRR deals for long term holds in mulitfamily. Also have fliped single family and multifamily deals. looking to continue to build my portfolio and retire from my day job by the age of 40.Also Looking to connect with anyone in the central CT area that invests and loves real estate. I now have a new goal to retire by 40 to have the time with my family that i couldnt before. Game on !
