I'm a full time investor and broker based in Worcester, MA. I specialize in residential rental properties from 3 to 20 units in Worcester county. I actively buy properties that need some work but are a good deal. Experience: I bought my first property in 2011 with the intention of flipping it, I have been an agent/broker for a few years now. I have a portfolio with almost 3 dozen rental units and am expanding quickly. Real Estate Goals: To get my portfolio up to 50 units by year end 2018.
