Engineering Experience: I am a professional engineer in Texas (#118964) working for a popular orange burger restaurant chain as a member of the New Unit Design/QA team where I work with consultants to deliver and construct new restaurants across the southern U.S. Before coming here, I worked on many small and large scale water and sanitary sewer supply and distribution projects for local municipalities and I have platting, zoning, and site design experience in both residential and commercial land developments. Real Estate Experience: I am a newly license REALTOR in Texas (#719290) and am excited about putting it to work for my own investing purposes and in working with clients in the future. Real Estate Goals: I want to own rental homes for side income. I also am interested in occasionally flipping homes. I plan to eventually rent out my primary residence when I move as well as to acquire additional rental properties to provide supplemental income. Ultimately, I would like to have the freedom to quit my 9-5 and rely solely on REI for income if I wanted. I would like to achieve this within the next 10-15 years. Currently Seeking: I would love the opportunity to connect with others investors in the Schertz/San Antonio region to build solid relationships.
