I currently have two rental properties and I am looking to expand further. My first rental property was my first house that I purchased. My second rental property is one that I purchased with my brother. I have seen the value that the properties have created and I am very interested in learning how others expand their rental portfolio. I am located in the Dallas Texas suburbs and initially started to invest in real estate as a subsidy for my children's 529 plan. Now, I am interested in seeing how far I can take it so that I might potentially be able to stay at home with my kids.
