Hey, I'm Milton Chamberlain, a licensed Realtor and investor-agent in Kansas and Missouri. I was born in Columbia, MO and moved to Kansas City in 2012. My wife and I personally began investing in residential real estate many years ago. As a real-estate agent with ReeceNichols in Kansas City North, I specialize in working with RE investors. My roster of investor clients includes those interested in BRRR, flipping, short and long-term rentals, multi-family and new development. My deep connections and relationships in the KC metro helps as I actively source off-market opportunities, analyze and walk deals to present to the investors I work with. I have experience with a variety of funding structures including cash, conventional, creative, seller-financing and 1031 Exchange. Above all, I am deeply passionate about the power of relationships over transactions. To me, real estate is about so much more than just buying or selling a property.
