Hello all, Michael here. I am a fairly newer wholesaler in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I mainly specialize in my own market, as that is where I grew up and best know from a real estate perspective, which is Newport News and Hampton. My main focus is to find deeply discounted properties by focusing on cold calling and direct to seller marketing such as mailers. I'm focused on a rapport based business, it may be a longer term approach but getting sellers comfortable with me and what I do, I feel will garner better results than an antiquated hard sell. I strive to be completely transparent in my end goal and compensation with the seller so its no confusion or deals falling through on the 11th hour, that only puts me and most of all the end buyer in a somewhat self-inflicted compromising situation. Finding sellers, scouting for motivation, securing the contract at a price that works for all parties involved and delivering it to experienced investors for a healthy ROI is my daily duty. I'm willing to do all the foot work, endure the dozens of no's , to finally get to that one yes, so you as rehabbers and rental property owners don't have to. Everybody has to start from somewhere and as this point in time I'm willing to start from here with only progression in mind.
