Mindy Templeton

I’m a licensed agent in MO and also generate off market leads for clients. I specialize in working with out of state investors who need boots on the ground and a team you can leverage. I currently own a dozen long term rentals in Lees Summit/Blue Springs/Independence/Raytown area, one AirBNB and always looking to add more. (prefer Jackson County, MO but open to other areas also). I love connecting and encouraging others to step out of their comfort zone, learn, set goals, and take control of designing the life they want to live. I run a local in person meetup for investors and you can find me on Instagram. Investinginyourwealth is my handle. Thanks for connecting!
