I am a financial analyst-turned-real estate agent. After a stint in residential real estate, I moved to commercial to be in a more diverse market. Experience: I took the first step into real estate investment earlier this year when I purchased a rental property straight from MLS, after analyzing and confirming the numbers looked good. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to own 10 or more rental properties while flipping properties every now and then. Currently Seeking: I want to learn more creative ways to obtain properties without having to dip into my own funds a whole lot. Using 100% of my own capital just wouldn't scale, and it would take me 5-10 years to maybe even reach my goal.
