Michael Schmutz

I am the cofounder of Lensch LLC. We specialize in Real Estate Investing all over the country and nontraditional funding. We are able to double our lenders money in less than two years. We have many alliances with other companies that help us to do so. We are also very humanitarian and feel it our responsibility to help out those who are less fortunate by providing each buyer of our properties with the packages and plans to become better financially.
