I'm looking at ways to optimize my rental properties as well as acquire additional properties. and generally learning more about REI. I've realized later in life that many things are done best in groups so I'm looking for deals, other investors, contractors, and ways forward. I'm a part time investor with goals of being FT in a handful of years. I love what I do (making great things in the tech space) and I also love being in RE.
