I have a BBA and am an OOTI Landlord (Out-Of-Town Investor). I decided to go full-steam ahead into investing in AirBnB and landlord friendly cities/states once I sold my commercial space in Brooklyn a few years ago. Although NYC probably has the most desired real estate in the country, as a landlord and AirBnB host, NYC just wasn't the place for me. So I decided to invest in hot rental markets on the Northeast. Most of my real estate advice is to anyone considering becoming an out of town landlord or investing in multi-units.
