Mitch Kennedy

I've been with Target since 2010 and moved to Minneapolis to work at HQ in 2017, but moved back to Wisconsin in 2020 to work from home, but my long term goals lie within real estate. My long term goals are to "retire" from Target through the cash flow of rental properties but to continue investing, diversifying, building cash flow, and helping others achieve their real estate dreams, whether that's investment properties, their first home, or dream home, through working with me as an agent. To kick start my goals, I closed on my first duplex in March of 2021 and got my sales license in the same month. By the end of June I finished the renovation of both units by myself, and got them both rented by July. Looking to network with fellow investors around Central Wisconsin! I'm currently looking to continue building my small multifamily portfolio and team, including contractors, property managers, investors, and partners.
