Hey, I'm Mitch! I'm an army officer who's transitioning into the civilian world. I'm relationally focused, and excited to work with all kinds of people. While serving in the military, I bought and managed residential real estate. It was definitely a learning curve, but I developed a reputation for taking chances on tenants who would not be accepted by other property managers. Sometimes it worked out great, but other times...well, let's just say I have some pretty wild stories! But everyone needs a place to live, and out of those experiences I came up with the idea for Skybridge Network. It's a tool that helps landlords find and keep high-quality tenants. Our first step is to report rent payments to the credit agencies, which aligns landlord-tenant incentives. Everyone wins if rent is on time. After a lease is up, landlords are given a chance to endorse their tenants. Then, when the tenants applies to a new property Skybridge Network can send a free supplemental application with payment history and landlord endorsements to help them get approved.
