During my time as a student at UNC Wilmington, I found my passion for real estate investing. I loved everything about it, and hoped one day, that would be where I ended up. After graduating, I moved to back to Vermont to work in our group of family businesses. After 7+ years, working my way up the ladder and ultimately running one of the operating companies, an attractive offer for acquisition came along, and it made sense to sell all of our businesses. After the sale of our family enterprise, I've recently made the transition into full time RE investing. With over 50 units and more than a dozen deals done in the last 5 years, I have some experience in many areas of REI, including BRRR, new construction, spec houses, and flipping. I'm looking for off market deals in St. Albans, VT; Brevard, NC; Asheville, NC; or Chapel Hill, NC. Also in the market for raw land in Chittenden County, VT for small development purposes.
