I try to listen more than I speak, read more than I watch, and be as productive as I can be every day in whatever I do. Experience: I bought my first duplex in 2010 in order to live for free/house hack. I renovated the property on my own and enjoyed the experience. I recently divested all of my rental properties and relocated. I now have 13 lots on a tract for future development for holdings, but am looking to get into my new market.
