Marie Judith Fleming is the Founder and CEO of Gold Bridge Capital Solutions, a commercial real estate finance and capital advisory firm specializing in alternative lending solutions for investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs nationwide. Marie helps clients secure financing for commercial real estate acquisitions, owner-occupied properties, investment properties, business acquisitions, construction projects, equipment financing, SBA loans, bridge financing, and working capital. She is known for finding creative financing solutions for transactions that don't fit traditional bank guidelines. In addition to commercial real estate financing, Marie works with business owners to strengthen their financial position through business credit development, debt restructuring, and capital readiness strategies. Since founding Gold Bridge Capital Solutions in 2019, she has helped clients navigate complex financing challenges while building long-term relationships based on trust and results. Before entering commercial finance, Marie spent more than 15 years in residential real estate, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry from both the residential and commercial perspectives. Marie is an active member of the Sacramento business community, regularly participating in Natomas Chamber of Commerce events, commercial real estate networking groups, and industry conferences.
