I am a commercial real estate financier out of Orange County, CA. I currently work for the Alison Company out of Newport Beach, where I look to grow our servicing portfolio of over $1 Billion. I specialize in the finance of all commercial product types and access debt financing through a multitude of Life Insurance Company Correspondents, who are well-known for providing long-term, fixed interest rate loans from anywhere from 10 to 30 years. I'd love to help out anyone on BP finance their CRE venture! Beyond work, I am passionate about real estate investing. My expertise in Commercial Real Estate financing gives me a unique investing perspective when analyzing deals.
