I grew up in the Twin Cities, and I am still living in this great place with my wife, raising my 3 boys here. Aside from spending my college years in Milwaukee, attending and graduating from Marquette University, I have spent my entire life living, working and playing in the Twin Cities. I know the neighborhoods and their amenities well. For the first decade of my professional life, I worked as a civil engineer designing sites for development. As a former consulting engineer, I have an attention to detail, work ethic and dedication to client satisfaction that sets me apart from other real estate agents. My background in engineering means I am quick to spot potential issues with structures, code violations and workmanship imperfections that other agents might not notice. I am also very systematic about every purchase or sale, ensuring that nothing is missed and that my clients are well informed at all times. I have personal experience buying and managing rental properties and I truly believe owning property is the best form of investment, whether it’s a single-family home or a commercial building.
