New... AGAIN!! I have done several "no money down' deals over the years on single-family and multifamily properties. I came into this like everyone else... no experience and eager to make money. I made some and lost more. I stopped. Years later, after much 'wound-licking,' I returned to discover the love and passion that I had come to experience through the process of doing deals and being in the game. In order to get back in, I would have to forgive myself. I did this by critically assessing the reality of my experiences. I had followed a desire. I had researched and studied. I had exercised my learning. I closed some deals. I put money in my pockets. I had gone through the Intensive Training Program of the School of Hard Knocks and had paid quite a lofty tuition. More than money, the tuition demanded and tested my courage and my heart! I forgave... so, I don't have to forget. The lessons learned have propelled me to aspire to greater heights of success, with mature vision. For this, I am grateful.
