Mark Khuri

I have been an avid real estate investor since 2005 where I started investing in residential property in California and Florida. Throughout my career I've been involved in sourcing, underwriting, acquiring, raising capital, rehabilitating, managing and selling both residential and commercial investments throughout multiple markets in the US. I have analyzed hundreds of investment opportunities over the years and successfully bought, renovated, sold and invested in over 100 properties. My focus is on the acquisition and performance of SMK’s assets and he places a strong emphasis on risk mitigation with the goal of helping clients earn consistent passive income and creating a truly diversified investment portfolio. ​Prior to devoting my time to Real Estate Investing, I was the Vice President of Sales & Operations with a Private Retail Distribution firm and worked as a financial analyst with a fortune 500 Company performing budgeting, planning and internal audit roles. I'm a licensed California real estate broker and obtained a BS in Finance from Bentley University. I am proud husband and a father and enjoy spending my spare time in the outdoors skiing, hiking, mountain biking, camping and backpacking!
