I have undergraduate degrees in finance, economics, and accounting and a graduate degree in finance. I was a CPA in a previous life. I have taught matriculated and non-matriculated finance and accounting. i have been a subject matter expert witness for real estate financial analysis and financial due diligence. I am CFO for two client family owned privately held real estate investment trusts. I am licensed real estate broker in Washington.
