I am a Real Estate Agent as well as an investor. I specialize in working with First Time Buyers, Relocation, and Investors. I am passionate about the Real Estate field and would love to chat and share ideas with others in the business. Experience: Constantly monitoring and reviewing market research and industry data, as well as conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to meet clients’(as well as my own) needs. Currently own six units--two duplexes and two SFDs. Experience with live-in flips, and the BRRRR strategy. Real Estate Goals: To provide clients with the best customer service and insight possible. To help clients make informed decisions whether purchasing their first home, or adding to their investment portfolio. My personal goal is to acquire a portfolio of properties in and around the Charleston area, with the intention to grow into other markets.
