I am from Dallas, Texas. I am a graduate from North Texas University and have a business degree that specialized in Real Estate. I live in northwest Dallas County in Coppell. I am married and have a daughter that left today to start her second year at the University of Arkansas. She will start out trying to be a Computer Scientist. I am 59 years old and had a stroke and brain anurysm about 5 years ago. My wife is a Computer Programmer. And makes about 75 thousand a year. I want to be in Real Estate so I can work part time. Thank you for what you do. I have closed a couple of Real Estate deals but have mostly been involved with Construction Management since college. Experience: Even though I have had a broker license since 1980, I have.been involved in construction for about 40 years. Real Estate Goals: I want to have wealth. I want to buy and sell real estate. Maybe I will provide owner financing. Currently Seeking: I am currently learning all I can about tax liens and tax deggeds. Fix and Flip also interests me as well as Buy andd Hold.
