On my own, New-B! Currently looking to supplement educator income. Previous employer, successful development company in the PNW. Also, watched family/friends invest/own rentals & fixer-flips in E TX... they did well! I’ve enjoyed all my RE exposures to date! Personal Future goals, I want to do well on my own in RE: lien/deed investing, fixer/flip or rentals...
