Experienced technologist turned real estate entrepreneur & full-time investor in alternative, tax efficient investments like commercial real estate. We are a small, private Real Estate Investment Firm who invests in institutional-grade, commercial assets in growth markets, with a current focus on value-add multifamily and NNN industrial assets including sale-leasebacks, where we partner with seasoned sponsors in specific niches. I also continue to passively invest in multifamily, storage, student housing & industrial investments across several sponsors & markets. I live in the beautiful, Bay Area, CA with my wife & 2 teenage kids & love camping, skiing & travelling the world. I hold a Masters in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, NY. My goal is to continue educating people on the incredible value of commercial real estate investments & building long term relationships with my expanding investor network, while making strategic partnerships with top sponsors in specific niches of commercial real estate.
